We’ve just returned from the Vosges mountains, and we’re off on another “long” train journey to Denmark, the land of the Vikings. We hope everything goes well, given the number of short, very short layovers!
Forbach – Saarbrücken – Mannheim – Hamburg Hbf – Copenhagen.
Departure scheduled for 5:31 AM, arrival at 5:38 PM.
A good currywurst while waiting for the next train to Copenhagen, at Hamburg station.
Finally arrived in Copenhagen, despite the cancellation of the Hamburg Copenhagen train (replaced by a train to Flensburg in Germany and then another crowded train…), now, direction the Hotel “Wakeup Copenhagen – Bernstorffsgade”.
We arrived safely at the “Wakeup Copenhagen – Bernstorffsgade” Hotel. It’s not very large but very well-appointed and has a great location in the capital.
And above all, it’s much better than the famous “Capsule” hotels.
