Tonight, a new discovery: the Hotel Restaurant “La Table Alsacienne” in Farébersviller, Moselle. They offer several homemade culinary specialties from the Moselle and Alsace regions; it’s hard to choose between foie gras, snails, quiche Lorraine, vol-au-vent, calf’s head, sauerkraut, and baeckhoffe.
