A day trip to Saarland, to the Karlsbrunn Wild Park, and a walk in the forest (it’s uphill!) to the viewpoint with its magnificent view of the cliffs and the Barrois Quarry Lake.
We saw several wild boars, sows, and piglets, and finished the visit with a typical German meal: Currywurst with fries.
