๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น Venissa (Mazzorbo)

Now, Mazzorbo Island, north of the Venetian Lagoon, accessible via a bridge from Burano. Very authentic and with few tourists.
It’s home to the campanile of Archangel St. Michael and, above all, the Venissa vineyard, which produces the native “Dorona di Venezia” vine variety.
You can visit the vineyard, learn about its unique history (the vineyard almost entirely disappeared due to the “acqua alta” disaster of 1966), and taste Venissa wines.
