A new culinary discovery this evening in Phalsbourg, Moselle.
The Royal Djerba Tunisian Restaurant, which I highly recommend.
For starters, I had brik, a Tunisian specialty.
A royal couscous (chicken and lamb) with vegetables and merguez sausage (served separately, of course).
A homemade chili sauce, followed by mint tea, a must-try.
As for drinks, they offer Moroccan red wine (Boulaouane or Sidi Brahimi), but be careful, excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health.
They also offer other specialties such as Tunisian tajine (not to be confused with other types of tajine).
