Valentine’s Day and Tết at Yoko
In the evening, off to Yoko, a Vietnamese and Japanese restaurant, to celebrate both Valentine’s Day and the Lunar New Year, Tết, the Year of the Horse. Beautiful decor with peach blossoms and a perfect meal: dumplings, Vietnamese curry, traditional phở and bún thịt nướng chả giò (noodles, grilled meat and spring rolls).
Vietnamese coffee
To finish, a discovery: cà phê sữa, Vietnamese coffee that drips slowly through a small metal filter before being mixed with sweetened condensed milk. Authentic, very good and original.
