At the Royal Djerba, a Tunisian restaurant on Rue du Collège, we tried chicken chorba, a spiced, fragrant soup perfect for winter. The welcome is warm, and the menu also offers fish chorba, couscous royal, grilled meats, briks and Tunisian tajine.
