A rainbow over Rouen Cathedral
Late in the day, a huge rainbow appears over the Seine and Notre-Dame Cathedral. You don’t see one like this every day, with the cathedral spire right in the middle.
For food, we tried the American burger deal with harissa-sauce fries at Blast - Smash Burger in Le Petit-Quevilly, right next to Rouen. It was perfect, and the One Piece decor will please manga fans.
