These travel recipes are the dishes I taste on the road and share on Instagram: a Neapolitan pizza in Milan, an octopus chorba in Phalsbourg, a currywurst in Saarland or a tom kha I cook again at home.
For each dish you get the video, the place where I ate it and the full recipe, with quantities and steps. When it is my own home version, it says “My recipe”. Otherwise it is the traditional recipe for the dish.
